The FFA Creed was written by E.M. Tiffany (Erwin Milton Tiffany) in 1928 and was officially adopted by the National Future Farmers of America (FFA) organization at the Third National FFA Convention in 1930. The creed has been revised twice, once at the 38th National FFA Convention and again at the 63rd Convention. Tiffany was an agricultural educator who created the creed to inspire FFA members and emphasize the values and vision of agriculture.
