- Your recap may not exist yet if Snapchat hasn’t finished rolling it out to your account or you didn’t save enough Memories this year.
Quick fixes to try
- Update Snapchat from the App Store or Google Play to the latest version, then reopen the app.
- Connect to a strong Wi‑Fi network, go to Memories, and leave Snapchat open there for a while to let the recap generate.

If it’s still not loading
