Benny Blanco, born Benjamin Joseph Levin on March 8, 1988, is a highly successful American record producer and songwriter. He has contributed to numerous hit songs for major artists such as Ed Sheeran, BTS, Eminem, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Rihanna, and many others. Blanco has received multiple awards including five BMI Songwriter of the Year Awards, the 2017 iHeartRadio Producer of the Year Award, and eleven Grammy nominations. He launched his own career as a lead artist with the hit single "Eastside" in 2018 and has released albums including Friends Keep Secrets and its deluxe version. Blanco also founded record labels and has worked as a general manager at A&M Records. He is known for his collaborations with a wide range of artists and has influenced much of contemporary pop music.
Benny Blanco married pop star Selena Gomez in September 2025, after they got engaged in December 2024. The couple has publicly shared their relationship, and Gomez and Blanco have collaborated musically as well.
Blanco has also appeared in media outside music, including TV appearances and a cooking show with chef Matty Matheson, and published a cookbook in 2024.
