DeepStateUA (Deep State UA) is a Ukrainian public and volunteer organization focused on providing detailed intelligence and analysis about the ongoing war in Ukraine, particularly the military actions of the Russian and Ukrainian armies during the Russian invasion of Ukraine since February 24, 2022. They initially created an interactive online map called DeepStateMapLive, which showed real-time conflict developments using open-source intelligence. The map began as a Google Maps project but shifted to an independent platform using OpenStreetMap due to Google blocking the original map. DeepStateUA started as a Telegram channel in early 2020, covering global political and security news, and shifted its full attention to the Ukraine war after the invasion. They provide expert analysis, debunk misinformation, and actively support the Ukrainian armed forces through fundraising and volunteer efforts, having raised over 70 million UAH for military aid by October 2025. They also run a blog, a Telegram channel with a large following, and have developed mobile apps for real-time updates on the war situation. Their organization includes a registered charitable foundation helping procure drones, communication equipment, and other supplies for Ukraine's Defense Forces.
