how did hilaria and alec meet

Hilaria and Alec Baldwin met in February 2011 at a restaurant in New York City called Pure Food and Wine. Alec approached Hilaria by taking her hand and saying, "I must know you," then gave her his card. Despite Alec not initially looking for a relationship, he fell madly in love with her. They took things slowly, with Alec waiting six weeks to kiss her. They started dating officially by summer 2011 and got married in June 2012 at St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in New York City.
