The Muslim community is the second-largest religious group in Australia after Christianity, with the majority residing in Sydney and Melbourne—about 70% live in these two cities. The community is diverse, including people from Turkey, Lebanon, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, and various African countries.
