To enable Secure Boot on an ASRock motherboard, follow these steps:
- Restart your PC and enter the BIOS by pressing the Delete key repeatedly during the boot process (or F2 if Delete doesn't work).
- Go to the Security tab and find Secure Boot.
- Change Secure Boot Mode from Custom to Standard.
- If prompted to disable CSM (Compatibility Support Module), go to the Boot tab, disable CSM, and save changes.
- Return to Secure Boot and enable it.
- Save and exit BIOS. Your PC will restart with Secure Boot enabled.
It's important to disable CSM first if the option to enable Secure Boot is blocked, and to ensure the system is using UEFI mode, as Secure Boot requires UEFI firmware. After this, Secure Boot can be enabled successfully.
