To get Schrift in the game Type Soul, follow these essential steps:
- Join the Quincy faction, as Schrift is exclusive to Quincies.
- Progress your Quincy rank to Grade 2 by completing missions and earning experience.
- Once Grade 2 is reached, find and speak to the Balance NPC, who usually roams near the top of Wandenreich Castle.
- After talking to Balance, go to the Worshipper Statue near where players become Quincies and interact with it. Three texts will appear, showing enemy types you need to defeat.
- The task is to defeat assigned enemy types including Menos, Adjuchas, Fishbones, Shinigami players, and Arrancar players without dying. If you die, progress resets.
- After completing these kills, return to the Worshipper Statue. You will be randomized a Schrift type, which grants special abilities exclusive to Quincy.
The enemies to defeat are typically:
- 1 Menos
- 1 Adjuchas
- 5 Fishbones
- Grip 1 Shinigami player
- Grip 1 Arrancar player
Schrift types vary by rarity, including common (Wind, Heat), rare (Thunderbolt, Fear), and legendary (Miracle) types. Be careful to avoid dying during this quest, as dying resets progress and the grind must be restarted.
