It is most commonly associated with a modified Boeing C-32, which is based on the commercial Boeing 757-200 aircraft. The plane is specially equipped to provide secure, comfortable, and reliable transportation for the Vice President, including advanced communication systems and private staterooms. Other aircraft in the fleet can also serve as Air Force Two. The plane serves not only the Vice President but also other high-ranking officials such as the First Lady and members of the Cabinet and Congress. It is distinct from Air Force One, which is reserved for the President of the United States.
