He was also a popular media personality with a large following on social media and hosted "The Charlie Kirk Show" podcast. Throughout his career, Kirk was influential in mobilizing young conservative voters and advocating for causes like gun rights, opposition to abortion and LGBTQ rights, and Christian nationalism. His confrontational style made him both admired by supporters and criticized by opponents. Tragically, Kirk was fatally shot while speaking at a college event in 2025.
