Light is a form of energy that enables us to see our surroundings when it gets reflected from objects around us. It is a type of electromagnetic radiation that allows the human eye to see or makes objects visible. Sunlight, known as white light, consists of seven different colors, and splitting of light into its constituent colors is known as dispersion.
