NCP days in EPFO stands for Non-Contributory Period days. During NCP days, PF contribution will not be paid to the employees PF account. NCP days denote the number of days for which an employee has been absent from the office or workplace. If an employee is absent for NCP days in a month, then no PF amount will be contributed for those days. In a month, considering 4 Sundays, there are usually 26 working days. If an employee is absent for any of these working days, then those days will be considered as NCP days.
