PWP is a term used in fanfiction to describe short erotic stories without much lead-in, if any at all. It stands for "Plot? What Plot?" and is used to refer to fanfics that include lemon or graphic sexual content with little regard to characterization or plot. In other words, PWP is porn without plot. Some people may use the term "porn with plot" to describe fanfics where there is a larger story behind the sexual content, but this is not the commonly accepted definition of PWP.
