Today, NFL players are wearing the NFL PREM1ERE patch on their jerseys. This patch is exclusive to all rookie players on a 53-man roster to start the 2023 NFL season and is worn during Week 1. Any rookies making their NFL debut over the course of the season will also wear the same patch during their first game. The NFL PREM1ERE patch program was created to recognize and celebrate each rookies first game in the NFL.
