when is humberto expected to hit

Hurricane Humberto is expected to become a major hurricane by this weekend (around September 27-28, 2025). At present, it is not anticipated to make immediate landfall; however, swells and hazardous surf related to it may impact the northern Lesser Antilles, Puerto Rico, and Bermuda this weekend, with potential indirect impacts on the U.S. East Coast next week. The storm appears to be moving northwest and may approach Bermuda early next week but is not expected to pose a major land threat immediately.
