where did lil tjay get shot

Rapper Lil Tjay was shot multiple times during an attempted armed robbery early in the morning at a Chipotle fast-food restaurant located in an outdoor shopping complex called the Promenade in Edgewater, New Jersey. The shooting occurred shortly after midnight on June 22, 2022. Another man was also wounded at a nearby Exxon gas station about a mile away from the Chipotle. The suspect attempted to rob Lil Tjay and two others at the time of the shooting. Lil Tjay was hospitalized and underwent emergency surgery following the incident.
