where is the typhoon now

The current location of Typhoon Ragasa (also known as Super Typhoon Nando) as of the latest update on September 24, 2025, is near Yangjiang, China, having made landfall close to that area. It is now tracking westward and weakening from a super typhoon to a severe typhoon as it moves inland. The typhoon is about 330 km west-southwest of Hong Kong and is expected to continue weakening while moving towards northern Vietnam and Laos in the coming days. The typhoon has caused significant impact in the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and southern China before making landfall and is now forecast to dissipate within approximately 36 hours.
