Kimora Lee Simmons has four biological children from three different fathers: Russell Simmons, Djimon Hounsou, and Tim Leissner.

- Kenzo Lee Hounsou (born 2009) : Son with ex-partner Djimon Hounsou; the couple separated after about 5.5 years, with later tensions over access to their son.
- Wolfe Lee Leissner (born 2015) : Son with ex-husband Tim Leissner; they married in 2014 but later split amid reports of his personal issues.
