Benjamin Aaron Shapiro, born January 15, 1984, is an American conservative political commentator, media host, and attorney. He is best known as the co- founder and editor emeritus of The Daily Wire, a conservative news and opinion website, and as the host of The Ben Shapiro Show, a popular daily political podcast and live radio show. Shapiro started his career as a nationally syndicated columnist at the age of 17, making him the youngest in the U.S. He graduated summa cum laude from UCLA and earned a Juris Doctor cum laude from Harvard Law School. He previously worked as editor-at-large for Breitbart News from 2012 to 2016 before founding The Daily Wire in 2015. Besides his media work, he has authored multiple non-fiction books on politics and culture, and he is known for his conservative viewpoints and commentary.
