Erika Kirk is an American businesswoman, podcaster, and conservative leader. She is the CEO of Turning Point USA, a conservative organization originally co-founded by her late husband, Charlie Kirk. Erika was born Erika Lane Frantzve on November 20, 1988. She won Miss Arizona USA in 2012 and has been active in philanthropy, founding the nonprofit Everyday Heroes Like You. She is also the host of the Midweek Rise Up podcast and runs a faith-based clothing brand called Proclaim. Erika has a background as a collegiate basketball player and holds degrees in political science, international relations, and law. After the assassination of Charlie Kirk in September 2025, she was named CEO of Turning Point USA and has pledged to continue his mission and legacy of mobilizing young conservatives.
