who made ixl

IXL was made by Paul Mishkin, who founded IXL Learning in 1998. He initially created the first product, Quia Web, which allowed teachers and learners to create and share customized study materials. Paul Mishkin, a former software engineer with a degree in computer science from Harvard, led the company that developed IXL, which launched its flagship personalized learning platform in 2007.
