Electronic Arts (EA) is currently owned by a consortium of private investors following a $55 billion acquisition deal in 2025. The consortium includes the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund (PIF), the private equity firm Silver Lake, and Affinity Partners, which is managed by Jared Kushner. This acquisition will make EA a privately held company, ending its 36 years as a publicly traded entity. Andrew Wilson remains the CEO of EA after the buyout.
