As of June 2025, Nykaa's promoter stake stands at 52.1%, which is the highest among India's major listed tech startups. Falguni Nayar is a self-made billionaire who started Nykaa in 2012 and grew it into one of India's leading beauty and lifestyle retail companies headquartered in Mumbai.
