Here’s a super easy way to draw a Christmas tree.
Simple triangle tree
- Draw the outline:
- Draw a big tall triangle in the middle of your page.
- Add a small rectangle touching the bottom of the triangle for the tree trunk.
- Make the branches:
- On each side of the triangle, change the straight lines into bumpy, zigzag lines so it looks like pointy branches instead of a smooth edge.
- Keep the basic triangle shape, just make it a little wiggly on the sides.
- Add decorations:
- Draw a star or small circle at the very top.
- Add small circles, squares, or tiny stars on the tree for ornaments.
- Draw a few curved lines going from side to side as garlands if you like.
- Finish and color:
- Trace your final lines with a darker pen or marker.
- Color the tree green, the trunk brown, the star yellow, and the ornaments in any bright colors you like.
