John Cena was diagnosed with skin cancer twice. He had cancerous spots removed from his right pectoral muscle and later from his right shoulder during routine dermatological checkups. Cena attributed his diagnosis to neglecting sun protection during his younger years and has since become an advocate for sun safety and the use of sunscreen to prevent skin cancer.
