TMZ is owned by Fox Corporation. Fox Entertainment, a division of Fox Corp, acquired TMZ and all its media properties from WarnerMedia (owned by AT&T) in September 2021. Harvey Levin, the founder and managing editor of TMZ, continues to manage the brand under Fox's ownership. The deal included ownership of TMZ's various platforms, including its TV shows, TMZ Sports, and digital outlets like TMZ.com and TooFab.com.
